Into Chemicals offers flame retardant additives for insulation materials based on cellulose paper and wood/flax fiber insulation. Our products comply with the latest standards and are boron- and halogen-free.
In addition, Into Chemicals continuously invests in R&D to further optimize the cost and effectiveness of its formulations.
Woodfiber (flex)panels
- IC CP-2030 - Powder mixture of ammonium salts that are easily soluble in water. Dissolves well at room temperature to a 50% solution; when heated, it is more highly soluble. This gives it improved solubility compared to other products on the market, which often only go up to 40%.
- IC CP-24 - Liquid product based on ammonium salts and is ready for immediate use. This product is a further development of the IC CP-2030, resulting in a product with improved flame-retardant properties.
Cellulose insulation
Our fire-retardant additive for cellulose insulation has been developed as a complete replacement for boron- and ammonium-based additives and offers the best cost-to-fire-retardant ratio currently on the market (free of boric acid and borax). Into Chemicals continuously invests in R&D to further optimize the cost and effectiveness of its formulations.
